We talk about how your business actually runs right now. Where the work piles up, what you keep having to do yourself, what breaks when you go on vacation. I ask a lot of questions. You will probably hear me say "walk me through that" more than once.
By the end you will have a clearer picture of where your time is going, and at least one or two things you could fix without hiring anyone.
No slides, no pitch deck, and no tech jargon.

What Happens After
If the call surfaces something worth solving, the next step is usually an assessment. That is a paid engagement: a pre-work questionnaire, a two and a half hour deep dive into how your business actually operates, and a written roadmap of what to fix, in what order, and what it is worth.
The roadmap is yours either way. If you want me to build what is in it, we talk about that separately. If you want to hand it to someone else or do it yourself, that works too.
I do not start building for anyone before we have done this. Handing a business more leads or more automation before the underlying process works just creates more mess, faster.
